Infrastructure: Our manufacturing facility of 50,000sq.ft. built up area is in the Bhiwandi location where raw materials (Extruded aluminum, hardware, glass etc.) are transformed into finished products (Window & shutter frames). We have production lines, assembly areas, quality control areas, and administrative offices.
Machinery and Equipment: We are equipped with advanced machinery and equipment that streamline production processes and improve efficiency. These include CNC Router machines, milling machines, cutting machines, crimping machine,s etc.
Skilled Workforce: We are abundant with 100 skilled workforce with an average experience of 20+ years to operate the machinery and manage the manufacturing processes effectively. Engineers, technicians, machine operators, and quality control personnel ensures smooth operations.
Safety Measures: We prioritize safety protocols to safeguard workers and prevent accidents. Safety equipment, training programs, etc. are an integral part of the facility.
Quality Control: Quality control measures are implemented at every stage of production to identify defects and maintain high-quality standards.
Inventory Management: Proper storage of material and easy and fast access is the key to proper inventory management.

With an expandable fabrication capacity of 60,000 square feet for window production in a single shift, along with a meticulously organized layout, we ensure optimal productivity and exceptional quality. All the machines at Geeta Aluminium are of high quality and manufactured in Germany as well as locally. With state-of-the-art assembly line tables, drilling machines, grinders, and common hand tools, our incredible AS 170/10 Single Head Copy Router and AF 221/01 End Milling machines make us a far standout from other companies. In addition to this, we also have the revolutionary DG 104 5, 0m + E355 Double Head Mitre Saw with NC Control machine and special storage racks that particularly can be used for glass storage, assembled windows, and stock handling.
