Job Description:
- Analyse drawing, specifications and documents before preparing the material BOQ
- Checking window schedule, BOQ and section details
- Coordinating with Sales, Design & Site person to analyze & fine-tuning the data before making Cutting list & Material BOQ
- Responsible for material takeoff such as Profile, Hardware, Surface treatment periphery area, etc. for project works.
- Responsible for utilizing existing stock (Alu & Hardware) in BOQ first & then releasing required balance material BOQ
- Calculating Systems materials against the availability at factory stores before making material order forms.
- Preparing of Fabrication cutting list & releasing of Glass size.
- To keep tracking project development & reconcile the material before entering the project into its final completion stage.

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years industry experience. Quotation Software/Advance Excel and AutoCAD experience will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
- Engg. Diploma in Civil/Graduate in any stream with strong analytical skills.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting fenestration products and services as & when required.
- Work closely with Design, Sales, Marketing, Estimation team and other support teams to align Marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments in the fenestration industry, identifying opportunities and threats.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, customers, architects, consultants and identifying opportunities for business growth and customized fenestration solutions.
Experience:
• 15 to 20 years in Facades and Fenestration

• Responsible for overseeing the production of windows, doors, and other fenestration products.
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and business objectives. Implement processes and procedures to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Ensure that products meet quality and safety standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and optimize storage space.
