We believe that progress begins with people, and by strengthening the capabilities of fabricators, we strengthen the very foundation of the industry.
Over the years, we have successfully trained more than 2,800 fabricators through a series of specialized workshops that cover every critical aspect of the trade — from window fabrication and assembly to installation techniques and allied practices. These sessions are designed not only to enhance technical expertise but also to elevate workmanship, improve safety, and raise overall industry standards.
What began as local training programs has now extended to international platforms such as Fensterbau, where our knowledge-sharing initiatives are shaping practices on a global scale. Our training goes beyond technical know-how — it creates pathways to better opportunities, stronger livelihoods, and sustainable growth for fabricators who are the true changemakers of the aluminium fenestration industry.
